“Great place to stay. Large spacious room and comfy large bed. Sana and his family are very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast plus we were treated to a Sri Lankan breakfast too. Sana took us on a morning excursion where we were treated to all the local wildlife, which was such an unexpected surprise. Would highly recommend stating here. Thankyou all.”

“From the outside the dining area looks clean but my room was dirty with spiderwebs. I had mentioned the water tank was empty but nothing was done to replace the jug. The room wasn’t cleaned when i mentioned to owner he said only upon request. I had requested 1hr late checkout due to my ride will arrive at 11am but he said no I had to checkout at 10am because a group was coming in , he then cut off power and wifi at 8a I couldn’t take a shower and the heat was unbearable trying to pack with no AC...

“Offers a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Located outside of town (will need to take a Tuk Tuk) but a great location for peace and quiet. Breakfast is very good/filling and dinner offers a nice selection of food which was very good. Highly recommend.”

“We stayed at Uyana one day with relaxing time.It was perfect to us to clean room, delicious foods and naturalized environments. But located is not good to us a little bit distance to Sigiriya Rock. but it also is ok to take a three wheal car.”

“This is a really chilled, small resort that is a great base for all the sight seeing and activities in the area. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk into the nearby village, there's a great market there some days.”

“Nice place with friendly staff, a little disorganised at times, restaurant was a bit like a canteen and much of the food poor. Lovely location though and organised a good safari for us, would have expected more overall for the price though”

“This hotel is in sigiriya which is a village type community near Sigiriya Rock. So you don't expect facilities you might find in a large city. The room was spacious safe and quiet. There was no fridge or tv which was fine. There are no supermarkets in this area but there were adequate dining options nearby. The hotel was perfectly comfortable for a short stay in Sigiriya.”

“I paid 1350 LKR for three bottles of beer here. Is it legitimate? The shop price is 160 LKR per bottle. The room was clean overall, but the web was in the window and there was no air-conditioner ”
