They do need to improve the Wi-Fi however, It kept disconnecting or not connecting at all in different areas of the resort and when I did connect the Wi-Fi was slow. "

"Gorgeous hotel, food is delicious, the all inclusive is a ripoff. Gorgeous hotel, enjoyed our time. I was expecting more than two beers in the mini bar per day. Service and staff are excellent. Just felt limited in an all inclusive environment and that type of stress is unnecessary on vacay. Additionally, we were told that we had to make reservations to all the restaurants ahead of our arrival as they have very limited seating for the all inclusive in the sought after restaurant on the beach....

"Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. "In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve."
