"Our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly & professional. The hotel is clean, beautiful & modern, with great rooms & incredibly comfortable beds & pillows. Parking is available at the hotel for a fee. Overall, this hotel is a stunning hotel in a fantastic location, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, museums & supermarkets. We highly recommend it. "

"We arrived to the hotel via tram from the train station. The location of this hotel is awesome! Literally the most popular sites are outside the door. The downside is that it was very noisy outside from people walking by very early in the morning. We kept the window open at night to get the room cool and for fresh air. The front staff and housekeepers whom we met were friendly. I loved hearing the church bells ringing. Overall, we would stay again. Gent captured our hearts. "
