"Beautiful hotel with great facilities- pool, range of restaurants, gym, hairdressers and spa. The breakfast was plentiful and all freshly prepared, definitely worth getting. Staff were very friendly and helpful, however service was breakfast slow and often staff forgot your requests. We travelled around Cairo using Ubers as the hotel services were far too expensive but I think that is to be expected with a 5* hotel. We felt very safe in the hotel, thorough checking of all guests into the hotel. However, there wasn’t a lot of shops/ restaurants in walking distance to the hotel, just a lovely park. "

"This is luxury defined. The room was well decorated, stocked with amenities, and clean. The many many staff are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try to solve any problem you present. The food is five star and the Lebanese cuisine at Aura is the best I’ve ever had. For a Westerner, the prices are somewhat low for restaurants and even a bit lower than average for a night in a comparable hotel. A dollar goes a long way here."

Les employés de l’hôtel ont été aux petits soins avec nous et très attentionnés à nos besoins. Les employées étaient toujours disponibles et très agréables. Les petits déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Nous y retournerions n’importe quand. "
