"I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. The luft is quirky but functional. The room was massive andhad a shabby chic feel. It had a fridge and kettle and a huge bed. Theviews from the windows were amazing and right into the square. If you are parking you need to stay at the bierkorf car park, very reasonable and close by. We stayed for 3nights and had a great...

"Overall, an excellent experience. The staff was especially helpful and gracious. I could foresee a problem with noise intruding into some of the rooms that overlook the patio area; given the cold season, however, such issues did not occur. The TV never did work, despite the staff changing batteries in the remote. This was not a major inconvenience, but could be annoying for some. Finally, the €35 was definitely overpriced. However, despite these concerns, our stay was a pleasure. "

Beautiful stay, exceptional staff!

"I would stay a million times over. The building is beautiful & they have decorated all its little quirks to give it a warm and welcoming feel without clutter. It has such an indivisible feel and we felt right at home straight away. The staff are excellent in customer service but also in general as helpful and fun as you’d want. They provide a map and at advice you might need and a warm chat when you get back. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated, note there’s no lift if you have mobility issues but no worries for us. The bed was simply fantastic and the bathroom well presented. I would like a shower head holder at head height but that’s being very British of me! The breakfast is worth all the comments made!! I loved it. It’s so well thought out and put together, there’s something for everyone and it’s kicks off the day well! The walk to the market square is max 7 mins very flat and this is basically central. I will be coming back to Bruges and 100% plan to stay there again. Thanks to the team for such a nice stay."
