The room and property was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast options and quality were not great, but overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property when visiting Gatlinburg.

Just needed to fix the water temperature regulator as the water temperature would just go from hot to cold at random in the shower or not get cold at all from the sink. Otherwise, the room was clean & service was decent.

Booked this hotel for the hot tub, which was out of order for our entire stay. No mentions of this anywhere when booking. The pool and hot tub are located outdoors. The shower in our room would only turn scolding hot or ice cold, there was no in between and no way to fix it by turning the nob. The hotel was overall clean and quiet, but not walkable to and from the strip when its 30° outside. I would not stay here again.
