Not really excellent.

I booked this property because of the laundry in room. The aesthetic is sterile and the bathroom is a glass enclosure in the room. I feel like no other review I read advised that the Seacloud and the Kolon Seacloud are actually the same building along with another hotel so the elevator situation is the same for all 3 of these properties and should guests should be made aware of that because the Kolon is on the 4th floor and the Seacloud is on the 6th. You must take the elevator up to the lobby. The most amazing thing about our stay was the view from the room which looked right over the main area of the beach and gave a great skyline view

Nice and friendly staff. Seaview is good. Room Size is good. Walkable to Seogwipo market. Free parking but full at late night. Can park nearby for free.

We booked the parlor suite which allowed 6 people to stay in it but hotel asked for us to pay for any person more than 4. They also wanted us to pay for extra blankets when requested. We paid for another room instead as the room was too small for 6 anyways. They should not be advertising that the room is big enough for 6. Other than that the room was clean and beds were comfy. Nice that they have a coin laundry room and a CU connected to it. Also close to the markets and food street.

Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well.
