"Lovely hotel, in the perfect location of Southbank. I paid for an upgrade and received a terraced view looking over the London eye. It was beautiful, especially in the evening. I did request a lower floor but they didn’t get the message . It was keeping me fit . Absolutely loved the hotel they charged £200 deposit for the family room . "The staff at the Hotel were outstanding. Those who stand out are the Bar manager, the concierge, the guest check in staff. My daughter and I were staying for 3 nights, we found it necessary to change rooms. The first room they gave us had no "windows" as they were frosted over. Its nice to be able to look out a window even if its just to see the weather outside. We were also disappointed when we asked to see the events facility.
