"The front desk staff spoke English which was helpful for us. The beds were comfortable. The built in little sofa had a huge stain on the cushion which was kind of gross and made me not want to sit there. Great location. "

"We stayed in a King on the 14th floor. The room was a good size with closet space and a seating area. Didnʻt need to use the onsen as there was a nice furo bath in our room. We had access to the lounge next door, only available to 14th fl guests. In the lounge you are welcomed the first time with matcha or coffee and a Japanese sweet. "Huge rooms. Perfect for older adults who wants to stay close to the station, the rooms are spacious, even provide washing machine and ironing board which we don’t need. The free coffee machine is a bonus. Rates are even cheaper on a Saturday night."

"An affordable alternative to the Hyatt next door. But like the Hyatt, it's attached to the Canal City Mall, so it's got many food and shopping options in addition to the restaurant. Rooms are small, but affordable and the location is a very short taxi ride to Hakata Station. On a nice day, you can also walk to the station. There's also a bus stop in front of the hotel."

"Really nice hotel for the price. Laundry machines and gym was easily accessible. Gym was empty all three times I went. Nothing fancy, but good! Had dumbbells up to 10kg and smith machine up to 157.5kg. Free coffee in the lounge area 2-11pm. Would come here again."

"Fukuoka was colder than I thought, so at the end of the trip, I lay down with a cold. However, I slept comfortably in a very clean room and got well. The hotel was very quiet and pleasant. The spacious interior unlike other typical cramped Japanese hotels was very good. I left my scarf behind and received it from an acquaintance later. I was very satisfied with the service as well."

"Rooms are not large enough to accommodate oversized luggage. Coin operated laundry is very convenient and area is clean. Attractive lobby and staff are extremely helpful. Wish there was an onsite restaurant"

"The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money. "
