"I thought the staff was excellent. I had to stay in the center of town for business but it is a loud part of the city and guests came in at all hours. You could hear them in the middle of the night as the walls are thin. Having said that, it did seem to be the best hotel in the city. "Our bedroom was very damp and so was the air, it was so humid that you could see droplets on the door and window in the morning. The ceiling was full of mould. There was some improvement after room service cleans but it was just a short relief. The staff at the counter did not have a card reader and did not even ask about how my stay was. I would not recommend this hotel."
