Staff was very professional and friendly. Room was super clean, we could adjust our room temperature as we wished and plenty of water pressure (unlike the Verve). Would definitely come back. Skip the Verve and stay here instead, you won’t be disappointed.

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. Spacious and Immaculate Rooms The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. It provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Boston. The modern decor and thoughtful amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. Outstanding Service from Hussein A special shout-out to Hussein, one of the hotel associates, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Despite arriving early, Hussein graciously provided early entry to my room, allowing me to settle in without any hassle. His friendly demeanor and professionalism were truly appreciated. Fantastic Local Recommendations Hussein also shared some excellent recommendations for local dining options. Thanks to his insights, I discovered some fantastic restaurants that I might not have found otherwise. The food was delicious, and the recommendations added a wonderful touch to my trip. We had a good stay, just need to crash over night after coming into Boston from Europe. The hotel is nice, clean, friendly staff. Was disappointed that there was no breakfast included at this price.

The property is beautiful, especially the lobby area. However, the bedding and pillows were horrible- too soft on the pillows with no alternatives offered. The fitted sheet came completely off as it didn’t fit right. The room felt empty- little artwork and not enough furniture. How about a chair? The shower had hair in it.
