Great vacation time
Wellness is a very nice place to stay, very comfortable, amazing pool and nice staff. The food is great, and there are many activities for children. The Jr suite room is big and comfy. The only room for improvement is the shower, difficult to set up the temperature, But this is very minor issue.

The resort is what you'd expect for most resorts in Brazil: average. The staff make the place super friendly because everybody is very pleasing. Needs a bit of cleaning and better overall service (bar and restaurant). Rooms are adequate. Not environment friendly at all.

Huge apt and great location for family trip
This is the Place yo go if you’re planning traveling to Fortaleza with family, I paid an extra day at the resort with everything included ( including the water tickets for 6 people and food) at beach park. It was worth every cent! The food is good and the service is amazing! The place is about 30 mins from the capital, but it’s the place to stay with family and small kids, The apt was big, clean and confortable!

We liked it! Refreshing and fun!
Besides an initial mixup with the reservation, the service we received was great. The food is good. And the location is excellent- beautiful private beach which is completely safe at night. The rooms had some black mold, spiders and only tv just in living room(not in bedrooms). Other than that they are nice and comfortable. No English channels besides CNN on cable. The staff doesn't really speak good English, you will definitely need to know some basic Portuguese and bring Google Translation to get by. They charge for everything including wifi which isn't great signal, but at least it works. There is a local market across the street that has snacks and bottled water for a lot cheaper than that hotel. Lots of local restaurants in the area offer free transport to and from the hotel too. Keep in mind that if you want a city vacation with nightlife etc. look elsewhere in downtown. Beach Park Wellness is perfect for those who want to relax, feel safe and forget you problems. They do offer family friendly entertainment, music comedy etc each night in the beach bark common area but it's done by 10pm. We will definitely consider coming back here in the future.

Nice hotel, close to Beach Park
The hotel is ok, its facilities and rooms are excellent. The hotel is very close to the water park, only a hundred of meters away. It is also a hundred meters form the beach, wich is a nice beach, very windy, the water is warm, there are plenty of palm trees on the shore and a nice and very expensive restaurant within it. The place is very safe and also a quiet place to be. The buffet breakfast is excellent, and for the rest of meals we can not give oppinion, cause we ate outside the hotel. There are no places outside near the hotel for eating. It is necesary to take a taxi (4US$) for going to a place 1km away that has a couple of decent restaurants. I would recomend this place to anyone going with children to enjoy the water park, only that, cause no other activities could be done there. We are a family with two children (11 and 9)

Estadia horrível. Uma decepção! O ar condicionado não funcionava, demoraram mais de 2 horas (já tarde da noite) para mandar a manutenção e eu estava com um bebê precisando dormir. Passadas muitas horas, o rapaz da manutenção diz que não teria jeito e mudaram a gente de quarto. No outro quarto não tinha lençol em uma das camas. Não tivemos assistência alguma, procurei o gerente e ele não estava, preenchi folha de reclamação, mas não tivemos sequer um pedido de desculpas. Não indico a ninguém!

Come um boi, mas te engasgam com o mosquito.
Hotel excelente, terceira vez que ficamos hospedados. Porém houve uma mudança significativa na forma de atendimento. Tudo é cobrado de maneira que beira o absurdo. Exemplo: pedimos 2 pratos no restaurante da piscina, minha filha não estava se sentindo bem e não desceu do quarto pra almoçar conosco. Pedimos pra levar o prato dela ao quarto. Fomos cobrados em 1.80BRL pela embalagem. A cobrança é ridícula, desnecessária, só chateia. Nosso consumo nesse momento foi de 400BRL. Toalhas na piscina são cobradas. Não tem sacarolhas no apartamento, restringem acesso pra dificultar que os hóspedes consuman no apartamento. E é um apartamento com sala e cozinha!!! Não é um quarto pequeno. Enfim, acho que a necessidade de rentabilidade passou do ponto. Essa era a queixa geral de todos os hóspedes com os quais tive contato.

Excelente atendimento e ótimas instalações. Muito perto do Beach Park. Comida do já ntar excelente. As do cardápio a la carte deixam um pouco a desejar. Única reclamação: as coisas são muito caras (bebidas e comidas).
