"Checking in was more complicated than necessary but after dealing with two different people, it was done. We wanted to pay cash toward our final bill and that caused the delay. Our room was comfortable and large by standard expectations. The bedding was fantastic! So plush and comfortable! The little refrigerator was old and had no freezer but it kept drinks cool enough. The television was difficult and needed a technician to help with it twice. Yes, there is cable but NO MOVIES available. We were unable to use “ On Demand “ for some reason. Thankfully, we didn’t spend enough time in the room to get annoyed by it. Drawer space was limited to three drawers and the closet was an open space, no doors. The bathroom was large and comfortable. The shower was huge! The towels were very sumptuous and of very high quality. There was a floor mat in the bathroom that first day but it was never replaced after the maid service. Maid service was good and readily available upon request The robes provided were nice. Nicole and Marshal were great bartenders! They were good at creating drinks upon request and so very friendly with great personalities. Donna was the best waitress in the restaurant period! The breakfast selection was good, and like all dishes served , the portions went from good to huge. We split dinner entrees after the first meal. The lunch and dinner menu were the same and offered no variation. We dined out a couple of times. Service out at the pool was prompt and the pool"

"The room was big! Had 2 queens that were very very comfortable; plus a sleeper couch and chair! What a great prices for such a nice room. Bathroom was big and equally nice. Breakfast was nice with eggs and sausage waffles etc. Inddor heated pool and right next door to a go cart racing park and other parks with rides for the kids! Very great and absolutely the best deal we found! Highly recommend! There was a minor inconvenience of only 1 elevator for 4 stories and only 1 ice machine... but that was well made up for with everything else this hotel offered. Would stay here every time im in Destin"

"I alway stay here when I visit Panama City fl, I think the property can do better with the hot tub. It’s wasn’t as clean, this is one of my favorite places is the hot tub, I didn’t enjoy it this time because it wasn’t clean. But overall it was great as usually. "
