"I stayed a week. Polite and helpful staff. Large n clean room. Nice small kitchenette. But shower gel in the small bottle kept running out, had to get more every 2 days. Bathtub has high sides so a bit tricky getting in and out. Wifi only for max 3 devices at a time. No in-house restaurant. Unimpressive small n stark lobby. But overall, a good stay"

"The overall stay was good and so was the overall cleanliness. But the carpets really need to be re-done because of the staining and a fresh paint coat would not hurt. The shower door did not close properly. No mirror in the room except the one in the bathroom. TV needs an upgrade with a remote that has visible letters/numbers. Not sure why they charge 28 dollars parking fee per day, which I thought was very hefty. Staff was friendly and helpful 😊 "

"A wonderfully modern, well-appointed apartment hotel. All staff from reception to house-keeping were courteous and helpful. The apartment had great facilities - bedroom and bedding of high quality and a good kitchen facilities. The hotel was a haven and we would stay there again."

"Good location but very little parking available so advisable to pay for on site parking. Had difficulty initially accessing property with passcode and had to enter when another tenant entered. On entry to the apartment there was an overpowering smell of (i think) curry and i had to open windows and spray room freshener to get rid of it . "Property is right in the heart of Hahndorf. We were given an upstairs apartment. Not the best if you have large suitcases. The stairway is inside the apartments. Lovely shower although our showerhead needed a good clean and descale. Otherwise all good. Have stayed before and would stay again in a downstairs apartment."
