It's full of children and not a romantic getaway we were hoping for with kids all over the spa in the evenings. We were so impressed with the facilities for kids though we'll definitely be back if we have kids. Flaine is an excellent set up for families and the hotel is well connected to the town with ski in ski out and shuttles. ”

“No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....
