"This has become a new favorite when visiting my daughter at NAU. The rooms are clean, beds comfy, and staff accommodating. Each room has a small balcony to sit on if you want to enjoy the beautiful Flagstaff fresh air. I had asked for a later check out time and was happy to pay an extra fee. They charged my account, but did not note it in the room notes. We ended up not needing the extra time and hustled to get out shortly after the standard 11am checkout. The staff happily refunded my account...

"We were pleased with our accommodations and super thankful for the good customer service we received. After a 6-hour Amtrak delay for our arrival, we finally rolled in shortly after 2AM. The gentleman at the check-in desk was polite & friendly and even helped carry our luggage up the hill, up the stairs and to our room…so helpful considering the exhaustion we were feeling!"

"Nice, clean room with a good breakfast. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The only issue is that it's close to the railroad, so train horns can be noisy."
