"I honestly wasn’t expecting a whole lot from our stay, we just needed a place to sleep for an early flight out of Geneva. We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff went above and beyond to help us with dinner options, pointing us to the small town a short walk away for a great restaurant. "The service was terrible. They advertise with a free shuttle from the airport, but then when you arrive there is none. They claim to be the Airport hotel within 2 km from the airport, but if you need to take a taxi it is more like 10-15km. They do not admit they are wrong and unwilling to compensate the cost of getting there. The facilities are old and need a massive update. Called for an iron board and iron in the morning and after 20 min the reception called back that they could not find any…....
