Always stay at this location when in town. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was lacking cleanliness and food. (This visit) Room in need of some repairs including our door not locking. But we will continue to stay there when visiting Farmington.

The property was clean, rooms were clean and large. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Only downside there was an odor in the room, like maybe someone snuck a dog in, but you did get used to it. I would stay here again.

Didn't like the laundry facilities being out of order (washing machine). The breakfast was poor enough I was forced to done outside of the hotel property. The artifical eggs were terrible.
