We found the staff to be very pleasant and very helpful (especially Tamir on reception) and check in/out was straightforward. Our bedroom was clean, good sized and well appointed. There is a warm, decent sized swimming pool in the basement and a small gym (though I must confess to being defeated by the multipurpose exercise machines!) There is a good sized lounge area on the entrance floor...

"Super convenient location on Jaffa Street/Center on the light rail route. Clasoe to Mamilla and Old city, 2 stops on lightrail to Machane Yehuda. Extremely comfortable bed. Towels are a bit scratchy and no body lotion amenity but that seems to be standard in Israel. There is construction (as there is everywhere but windows keep most of the noise level at bay. I did not partake in the breakfast which is supposed to be great. "
