"Tesouro da Baixa was the perfect place for us to base ourselves in Lisbon. All of the main attractions in old Lisbon are easily walkable from this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful; the rooms were clean and much larger than expected; the breakfast was varied and huge. We felt very safe and secure in this quiet space amid the hustle and bustle of Lisbon. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a home away from home in Lisbon."

"The location of this place is great. 5 min walk to Termini, and there are supermarkets, cafes, laundry, and restaurants also close by. Really appreciated the manger accommodating me by letting me check in earlier than notified. The room was very clean and a nice view of the street. I’d say one room for improvement is giving more comfortable pillows and mattress. Overall, nice and pleasant stay."

"I reserved an interior suite-didn’t want to share a bathroom. Room was nice sized and quiet. Very comfy bed & pillows. Good AC. Great location, helpful staff. Agree with some other reviews about the cleanliness, which left a lot to be desired. Bedding was clean. The bathroom countertops, walls, doors had plenty of stains/dirt. I did some cleaning of the bathroom countertop & backs of doors. Kitchen area esp frig needed some cleaning. "

"For an inexpensive place to stay it did the job . The bed and pillows were too hard for me but it’s personal choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room and bathroom was clean . Perfect for a few days break and close to all sightseeing, restaurant areas and amenities . Not so easy to find as it’s in the second floor and no singage but it was safe and comfortable "
