"Very clean, modern and ideal for city break accommodation. No staff on site check in and out done over WhatsApp which makes it difficult if you have questions, and generally how to get in and out of the building. The door handle on our door was missing so we struggled shutting the door everytime we left without having to slam it shut. "

"We just stayed one night. Check in was quick and easy. We were met by an Italian only speaker. Between my limited Italian and his limited English we were able to check in. I wasn't aware that the city tax, I knew we had to pay, that he would only take cash Euros and not a credit card. I had to go out and get more cash Euros (we were leaving at 5am the next morning for the US and had used up what we had). Minor inconvenience. The room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. "Great location. The best part! Gabriella was helpful and friendly. That’s a plus. Though our arrival was late and outside the checking in period, she was gracious to us. If you don’t like sharing bathrooms then you won’t like this place. It’s an older bare bones place kind of charming old school European style. It feels like you’re in an old movie set. renovation may bring the old place back to it’s original glory."

"Great location! We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was lovely. Only thing I would suggest is getting the lights on the bathroom mirror to work and adding a few mirrors in the bedrooms or sitting room. No full length mirror at all. Makes it hard for multiple people to get ready when the bathroom has the only mirror. Neighbirhood is fabulous! "
