I am originally from that area and was visiting my parents so know the area well. The hotel garage apparently had to be booked beforehand. "Generally, it's a great hotel. Unfortunately, on the New Years Eve night, the fire alarm went off at 3:30am, and everyone ended up in the lobby, so we had a bad night.
