Everything was perfect except i arrived late and asked if there was something nearby where i could get something. They said everything was closed. There are two 24 hour markets around the corner. "This hotel is beautiful and spacious. The location is excellent, right outside the lake and next to the mall. The gym is very large and luxurious for a hotel gym. The staff were very kind and accommodating. You can request anything (like more water bottles) via the phone from your room. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful . Room was clean and welcoming but was on the small side .Complimentary water and soft drink in mini fridge was a nice touch . Bed was comfortable . However there were no power points / usb chargers on either side of the bed which made it a little inconvenient for those of us who likes to use phone /tablet in bed and charge at the same time . Overall we had a lovely stay . Hotel is in great location. "
