"Great location for our family ski trip. The hotel has an agreement with a lovely ski hire shop which is fabulous as we could leave our ski's and boots there every day, it made such a difference to our trip. We used the pool daily, it was lovely after a day on the slopes. You have to book one hour slots for the pool which works well as it is never too busy."

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Eva apartments. The gentleman who assisted us during our stay was very friendly and helpful. The option to do laundry on site was a nice touch. Our room was also well equipped with the basic necessities and made it easy to prepare meals in the room if needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future. "

The hotel went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome on the subsequent night. "Overall it is the 2nd best hotel we stayed at during our trip. It would be the best if not for the so-so breakfast buffet experience. We stayed 2 nights, the first day's breakfast we unfortunately encountered the one lady working as the hostess hat morning who was less than welcoming and didn't even let us know we can order eggs (included with breakfast buffet). She also was so loud and chatty with this other guest who speaks the same language. I also observed how she spoke with another couple who arrived to inquire about breakfast. Her interaction with them, and the language/tone she used was quite rude and dismissive. She pretty much left them hanging and not really providing any guidance at all even though she is the hostess. Thankfully the second day, it was a new crew, and they were much much better and very nice. "
