The staff were friendly and the breakfast quite good. It’s nice to have a restaurant right in the hotel. Our room was shabby and they are poorly sound proofed. For a one night stay it was adequate.

Just an average hotel. The elevator works when it wants to work. My hot tub did not work in my room. The jets did not turn on. The daytime front desk lady was nice. The nighttime guy seemed aggravated and didn’t seem like he wanted to help with any of my questions. My stay was average.

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk to help right away and so we waited for a while for someone to show up. We booked a room with one king bed and they gave us a room with two queen beds but they seemed smaller than queens. Then in the morning the cleaners were rolling their carts around being incredibly loud at 7 in the morning and they woke us up by knocking on our door at 7am. That is ridiculous to be knocking at that time and the woke us up from our well needed sleep. The restaurant breakfast was good and our server was really nice so that was great but overall it was not the best experience.

The hotel offers a delightful breakfast that sets a great tone for the day. The swimming pool is amazing, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony, which offered a nice view and a bit of fresh air. The location is ideal for locals looking to enjoy downtown life safely, with all the vibrant attractions just a short walk away. It’s also a perfect spot for visitors or mining employees who are planning a semi-permanent stay, as it combines comfort with convenience. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Elko!

Pros: The registration clerk was friendly and efficient. The elevator was fast and never had to wait for it. Our room was quiet and roomy. Plenty of cups and coffee for the morning. The breakfast that was included was a complete breakfast and cooked to order. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything downtown. Cons: Had to move cabinet under tv to get to a plug found a tshirt, a coin and some trash there. The lobby wasn't particularly inviting standing in front of an automatic door that kept letting the frigid air in while we waited in line.
