"The room was typical older mexican style but very clean, functional with good a/c. The grounds were beautifuly kept with a manucured botanical garden that I enjoyed everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to say thank you to Carlos for all his help. He was the best!"

"Hotel suites Mar Elena was clean, well kept, and the service was excellent. They are still working on their breakfast options so the only thing I would say is that don’t expect too much for breakfast. It is very simple. This does reflect on the cost and if a reasonably priced hotel is what you need this is a great place to stay. It is very central. The grocery store is very close and the bus stop to get pretty much anywhere in PV. Very nice hotel."

"We absolutely loved staying at this amazing property. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The maintenance guy was amazing, so sorry I didn't get his name. We had a hot water issue and he resolved it quickly and checked in with us. Getting chairs and an umbrella at the beach wasn't always accessible. My suggestion would be to set up three areas every morning knowing your guests will use them without having to request that service. "

"Room and bed were comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for the city, we were expecting much more noise. Breakfast was simple yogurt granola fruit and toast. We thought we would, but never used the pool because it was shady and cold. But very close to the beach and restaurants, even tried the restaurant, Kitty Cat, which I highly recommend! Roof top was enjoyable with a little view of the ocean. Place is a little dated but we assumed this. Was perfectly comfortable and affordable for our needs. "
