"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. "Serviceable family rental flat a very short walk to Europa Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was hard to use as there were basic things like a colander and a spatula missing. Easy walk to Lidl or Edeka. Really can't beat the location, and a lot of space for the price. "

"We were just looking for a place to stop for one night, as we were passing through north Italy on our way to Croatia. There had been a problem with charging the card, and the booking was cancelled in their end. Anyway, the gave us two rooms for the price of one (we were a family of five travelling together), and were friendly and helpful. "Wonderful stay.. this place has everything you need and more, even a Christmas tree. It was super clean, the kitchen was almost as stocked as at home complete with a spice rack and even board games for the family. 5+ stars.. The only one thing I could think it could use, is a measuring jug for cooking. "

"Perfect! Beatrice was friendly and kind, the apartment was tastefully decorated with thoughtful attention to every detail, down to candies, bottles of wine to welcome you, tea and coffee and books and games. The unit and building look like new, excellent construction, thoroughly clean and organized. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and pretty. I would definitely stay here again! Perfect for a family of 5."

A clean and comfortable hotel

"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. As with most hotels I found a lack of hooks for hanging things up annoying, particularly in the bathroom. For example there was no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink. Other than those small issues the room and my stay were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are a lot of amenities at the hotel. The breakfast was ok - nothing special but worth getting because there are no real options nearby. The hotel is 12 or 15 miles outside of Strasbourg but you can take a local train that will get you there in 20 minutes for 10 euros round trip. The train station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. All in all this hotel is good option if you need to stay in the Strasbourg area. "
