Beach pass availability made this hotel a no-brained. Staff , especially Vicky and Jackie, was very nice and accommodating. Renovated rooms were nice, although bathroom was small and tight. Overall very nice and would definitely stay again.

Upscaled motel with large rooms and beautiful well made maintained property and pool area All good but bed- it’s hard and not comfortable ( I sleep on hard mattress) And of course you pay hamptons prices

The room was very clean and comfortable. Television was fairly easy to use. They also answered the telephone up front when I called to ask a question. I would stay there again.

I was there for a few days for the Hampton International Film Festival which was great too.

Amazing Deal!

Big huge room (#301) with a few of the gardens...Very nice room with a small kitchenette and a nice place to dine. This was a great find!

good location and clean room. pillows were horribly uncomfortable and the balconies lacked privacy. compared to other hotel in the area it is pretty basic.

Affordable option in East Hampton. Was clean, very large room with nice views of the property. At first we had a worse room, and the AC was not working but the quickly moved us to the room nextdoor which was much better. Would return for sure!
