"Comfortable apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor so you need to be fairly mobile to access it as stairs are steep. Great central location with many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Would recommend the apartment and would stay again. "

"This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. "The place is well located and overall in good condition. Our experience is that we arrived and the laundry room was full of humid towels and sheets from the previous guests. We wanted this cleared out, because we wanted to clean our clothes, and it was impossible to reach the hotel admin. I sent a message via hotels.com app, and I rang a video doorcam in the hallway, neither worked. Also, a door handle came loose and the toilet seat was also loose. This place is poorly managed "
