"The hotel is located in the city center, about 10 minutes' walk from the central train station HBF and less than 10 mins' walk from Konigsallee and its stores. The hotel is very nice, but since there was no one at the front desk, I had to use the self-service machine to check in, but it didn't work and I had to wait nearly 30 mins for an employee to show up (no employees in the lobby or at the bar). Poor service"

"The staff were helpful and kind. The room was small but fit our needs. It's not good for three adults, but maybe two adults and young kids. Breakfast was okay. The only issue was the shower drained poorly. I Informed the front desk, but it wasn't taken care of before we left. It was a great experience.
