“Broken cupboard Bed not comfortable Linen feels old ”

“I cancelled on arrival when I saw the poor conditions the place was in and lost my whole payment. The reception area looked like a pigs corters. We got backrooms after we paid for rooms with balconies - 3x rooms. I demand my refund from Booking dot com please”

“The worst service we have ever received from a hotel/Bnb. It was a very hot 32 degree day and the air conditioner was broken in our room. We asked for another room when we we told the bnb was fully occupied which was understandable. We then requested that we get a refund for our accommodation because we couldn’t stay in a room that was so hot. The owner told us we needed to wait for her maintenance guy who was a 2 hour drive away, let alone the amount of time it would take him to repair a broken...
