"Very good value for money. Spacious villas with good appliances, comfortable beds, helpful staff and services. Location is not bad as it is easy to get to night market with buggy. Other places are easily accessible by getting a Grab. Parts of the hotel is still under construction so beware that noise can be an issue. Mia and her manager were very helpful and apologetic in addressing the noise issues and it was resolved efficiently. "

"Very spacious property, and the beach is just 20 feet away. We were impressed. Too bad that we couldnt go to the beach due to the storm. Lan, the host, is very nice and very responsive. Due to the storm on the island, we couldnt stay the full 3 nights. Host offered us credit for whatever days we have left behind. Its a pleasing suprise since we didnt expect it. "The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. We asked security guard questions. The firework show was nice from our rooms. The 2nd room took longer to get ready but we had our first room. The people were very nice. "

Pullman is first rate in all aspects!

"Our 6 night stay at the Pullman was fantastic. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the whole resort has a great aesthetic and is perfectly clean. The buffet breakfast was superb, with many ethnicities accounted for, which provided us Canadians with some adventurous options, plus plenty of North American fall-backs. The pastries were delectable, and the various coffees were fantastic. The pool area and beach are chill and there were always chairs available at both. At night the resort was very quiet, which we liked; the Pullman is not for partiers. The service was impeccable and always with a friendly smile. Would highly recommend this resort. Phi Quoc as an island has so many options; we were quite active, and there are still a bunch of places and activities that we didn’t get to!"

Recommendable place

"Really great place regardless if you travel as couple, friends or family. The hotel looks brand new and had a lot of nice features even in the standard rooms. Very nice that the beach club/pool/restaurant was located 2 mins walk from the actual hotel, so the hotel is very quiet at night. Restaurants were very good, breakfast being served a la carte is a great plus. Only negative things to highlight is the service at the breakfast restaurant being rather slow, and very few sun loungers at the beach and the pool. They had a lot of foldable beach chairs which were far less comfortable. I'd happily stay there again. "
