Doors entrance code was given wrong on the email so we spent more than 20 min outside while someone let us in, because nobody answered the number that was given as an emergency after hours contact. We stayed here during the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping season and festivities, so the area had great energy. "Our studio had a bedroom over the kitchen. What you can't see from the listing is this: Ceilings in bedroom and kitchen are maybe 6'-0" if I'm being generous. My 6'-4" husband had to continually hunch or keep cracking his head. That was the biggest surprise and disappointment for us. "I liked the fact that I was able to leave my laguage in their office for half a day free of charge after the check out. The staff is extremely helpful. The property is cosy and well equipped. I didn't like the fact that the office is quite far from the property but to be honest it is still a walking distance (half an hour). "
