Dubai Desert, Dubai hotel rooms at the Kempinski Hotels & Resorts

"The property is beautiful, the hotel is very luxurious and the rooms as very spacious, we were a party of four. I thought the checking in was a bit cold, as if just another guest. The hotel had many dining options, but the prices were high, especially with the breakfast buffet. The food was great, the coffee shop near the aquarium was great. It is a very beautiful property. Loved the pool area and beach."

"Our whole experience was great. We loved the option of free shuttle service, however it did book out pretty fast. Complimentary Soluna beach access was an highlight. All staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative thing is that on multiple occasions we were told to go to concierge desk but we have never seen a single person at the concierge desk even though we checked several times a day. The entrance/lobby is pretty small and was always very busy, which makes it a not very relaxing entrance and first impression. The breakfast buffet had a ton of variety and excellent options. Coffee was good, but one or two machines seemed to be non-working about half of the time. We loved the proximity of the hotel to Dubai Marina and the fact that we could walk to most places. "
