"My first time at Atlantis and was pleasantly surprised with the facility from lobby to room amenities. The quality used in the hotel is by far top quality. The room is expensive but that goes with the location. My only complaint is the check in/check out process as the lines are mad long and it took me like 30 mins to check out while the official check out process took like 5 mins. Even waiting in line to ask a question in the lobby can stretch to double digit waiting time."

"The whole experience was amazing! They upgraded our room for free just because it was my birthday! The room was very very clean and the housekeeping staff did an absolute perfect job, we used to find our room impeccable organized every time we came back. They provided us ride to the airport and the taxi was right in front of the hotel the moment we came downstairs. The whole staff was very polite and respectful! For sure we’ll be back with the first occasion. "

"Great location. Need to be on high floor to see much. We had limited view on 3rd floor. It's 32f high. Pool warm. Breakfast crazy busy at times with line ups. Elevators often a long wait. But would stay again. Rooms are nice. We are CDN. "

The staff are amazing; from the moment you arrive at the lobby, to check in, at the pool, in the bars, restaurants. Everyone makes you feel welcome and valued. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and I would recommend picking a palm view room. Ask for it high up too so you can get the best possible views! Cloud 22 is stunning and worth a visit - even at the price it’s worth it, the resort pools are exceptional too. I would 100% recommend to anyone! "
