"I'm so glad I chose Palma Suites for our October trip to Palma. Location - great walkable location to Old Town Palma. There's a grocery store nearby and so many amazing restaurants. You can pretty easily walk to the Cathedral and harbor area. One caveat, if you show up on a Sunday, it won't be nearly as spectacular as it is later in the week. (given that many shops close on Sunday in Spain) Amenities - the hotel has a nice bar that makes a great Sangria and other delicious cocktails. ...

"The property is good, but the staff is bad. I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable. Unfortunately most of the Restaurants around were closed being off season. The distance from the sea is 1 min by walk so it is perfect. The studio was nice, but would have preferred a proper double bed instead of the sofa bed as it was a bit uncomfortable. The lady at the Reception was terrible. "A clean and well maintained hotel with everything we needed for a week in Mallorca. The rooms are a good space fitted out nicely with a small kitchenette which we used to cook a couple of meals. The beds are comfortable and the airconditioning was excellent even when the outside temperature was in the 30s. Our room had a balcony with a sea view which was a nice bonus.
