Helena and Dheeraj at the front desk were so warm and helpful, always greeting us with genuine smiles. "Hotel and staff are amazing. Ubers were great we used them all the time. We also used and booked the activities for day trips from the hotel. They were all great. One problem the taxi guy who stands outside with the blue suit his taxi and and him are the bigest rip off. Have changed us so muchbover 100 aed for 10 minute ride. Have used uber since then and they all told us they riped us off. The boss with the blue suit also knows that but didnt care . They also approached us for sand dunes activities and tryed to off cheper then the guy inside the hotel but we didnt take there offer since they rip us off on taxi. "
