Like many previous reviews mentioned, the room is small: I can open one cabin baggage at a time at room door area. Reception is on the 19th floor with all guest rooms above that, so you don’t hear ANYTHING from the train station. "I loved this hotel. The location is perfect. It's about a 6min walk to Namba City and Takashimaya dept store. 8 minutes to Namba station. 12 minutes to Dotonbori. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The room gets very cool which was nice for our hot summer stay. The front desk staff was so accommodating and professional. Special shot out to Yushie ( I believe that was her name). The only thing I wouldn't spend your money on here is the breakfast buffet. I usually love all hotel breakfasts...
