"Really lovely hotel, especially the newer renovated rooms. The area around is stunning, with loads of dining and drinks options and the station is just a 2 mins walk. The bus to the lake is easy to catch by the station too and takes 7 mins, so very convenient. The only downside I would say it’s that it’s not made clear that the outdoor pool is only accessible with a spa pass, so it’s worth booking a spa-access room. Otherwise they will offer to upgrade you for 81 euros per night, or buy a 3 hr...

"Really lovely hotel, especially the newer renovated rooms. The area around is stunning, with loads of dining and drinks options and the station is just a 2 mins walk. The only downside I would say it’s that it’s not made clear that the outdoor pool is only accessible with a spa pass, so it’s worth booking a spa-access room. Otherwise they will offer to upgrade you for 81 euros per night, or buy a 3 hr spa pass for 35 euro, but when we tried that they were fully booked. It’s cheaper to do it when booking on Expedia etc. The indoor spa areas and beautiful and very relaxing. Really great hotel but could do better communicating the outdoor pool access when booking."

"The staff at check in were clearly prejudice and not very friendly or helpful. Then inside the room the sheets and pillowcases smelled like mildew. The A/C was not working and the wifi did not work the whole 2 days we were there. It was a nightmare. Finally, on the last day after my husband spoke to countless staff, managers and complained they offered to refund half our stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Florent at reception was a wonderful host and told us all we needed to know to make the most of our stay. The room was gorgeous and we had a brilliant night’s sleep. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely stay!"

"Amazing stay. The room we were given was very nice and we had our own private rooftop balcony area that is bigger than the regular balconies shown in pictures. Spa access provided which was nice and the location is good with a good view. Only issue is that shower is very low down and we struggled. I am 5’5 and had to lean over a bit. My boyfriend is over 6ft so was harder for him. Also food we ordered was small portion sizes, not much to the meals so wouldn’t recommend paying fot if it’s your only meal. It tasted nice tho."
