"We did the 3 day 2 night cruise and the extra day allows for a better experience of Ha Long bay with the activities provided by Peony. The staff on the cruise are very welcoming and provide a professional service, Candy who was our waitress for all our meals was exceptional. A special mention also to Elvis who organised most events and provided some local history information during the activities. We are happy we went with Peony Cruises "

"The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."

They could do with having a printed itinerary with timings as we were a bit late for dinner as we weren't sure if the meal time. They made a special effort for decorations and birthday cake for my husband. Katay and Ian accompanied our group and we're very attentive. Rooms very spacious. Everything was well organised."
