"I loved this place first time in Florida it was amazing the staff only cleaned and changed sheets once in the 4 nights we were there though and I got charged a resort fee on my credit card after I thought I already paid one other than that is was a very fun trip I’m still thinking about it daily everything is close and there’s always something to do "

"The palazzo was a nice economic stay for the Orlando parks area. The area is more urban than we like, but parking was in a fenced area, and felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. For the price, a great stay. "

"My check in was spectacular! The lady could not have been better. The gentleman at the gate - couldn’t have been nicer. We hoped to use the 3rd bedroom but there is only a sleeper sofa that has so much literal dirt under it, as if it’s never used. It was gross!! They will sleep in the second bedroom - meaning we paid and asked for a 3 bedroom and there is no 3 bedroom. Otherwise- up to this point, all is good. We are only here 1 night. "

"Came up for 5 days for my birthday. Originally we was planning to stay futher out, but changed our mind and decided to stay somewhere closer to all the attractions and stores. We're glad we did, the one bedroom we stayed in was very spacious, clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again."
