"We ranted 3 apartments Place not clean well, also the staff was Unprofessional!!! Any things requested from reception can not provide. - I contacted them 2 days before check in date to have all three apartments close from each other, they confirmed this request in last day than suddenly once we reached to hotel they change them !!! There was Egyptian guy in reception with zero customer service experience, I asked him to provide more keys for the apartment since we are 6 person, his reply...

"The hotel confused my booking and set me up in 2 villas. The villa i received was full of sand, the surfaces were smugged frommprevious use, the furniture was marred with cigareete burns, the tv was not hooked up and had protective film still on it, there was no internet service. I attempted to csncel my secpnd night with a refund and I was denied. I was charged for the four breakfast I didn't attend too. "

"funny as it may seem, It´s one of the closest hotels to Dammam airport. It´s very nice, staff is very welcoming and I was upgraded to a much bigger room. However, hallways have tiles instead of carpet and are vey wide. The noise coming from people walking, talking or handling trolleys is very loud and kept me from sleeping early for a vey early flight."
