Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This is the worst reservation in my life. The company is not cooperative. I went to a very bad and terrifying place. The place is full of homeless people. I asked for a refund because I will not use the place and they refused completely. I asked for money for the cleaning of $120 and they refused as well. I do not know why I warn everyone against booking. It is the worst experience in which I lost $750.
