"Overall it was a nice stay in Merida - the location is convenient for walking approximately 8 mins from plaza grande, auto progreso (public transportation), and many restaurants, bars, and stores were nearby as well. "A beautiful property, from the moment you enter you realise you have entered a tranquil oasis. Stylishly designed throughout, the property flows well. The pool and breakfast area is truly wonderful. Love the combination of a/c and fan for the room to keep it cool in the high heat. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant recommendation was excellent. "The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. The hotel was nice and it had a “trust bar” where customer serve themselves and record their purchase in a book to settle at checkout. The room was clean and very spacious - but the shower was very weak and most days had no hot water. The area was convenient but the paving was very uneven and it was very dark at night. But it was safe and quiet."

"Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious. Pool si very small. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel at ground level so expect some traffic noise, if you are a light sleeper maybe you better look for a different option, for us it was not an issue and we enjoyed every minute we spent there.
