"The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful in every aspect. The rooms are huge as are the bathrooms. They are really dark when the blinds are drawn and super quiet. It is very convenient to everything and all places are walking distance. It’s a big hotel and easy to get lost! Breakfast is great but eat outside on the rooftop. "Loved the Sofitel Hanoi. Staff and property were exquisite and walkable to main Hanoi attractions. Awesome spa facility and great restaurants and bar. Also a great cigar menu and lounge for those who partake. Will stay here again. "
