"The area surrounding the hotel was great, shops, market and atmostpheres was good. Sadly, the entrance to the hotel was a let down, one wouldve missed it had I not been shown where to go. The lady at reception was cold with no smile on her face did not give us a wifi code and when we were in bed, I called reception to ask and the lady just rattled the wifi code in spanish and I said I cannot understand and she siad that I should come downstiars to get it and hung up n me. "Good location. Room 501 should be avoided as right next to the lift shaft, very very noisy!!!! The shower head was too high for me to reach (5ft 2). The bracket was broken and it hung with water hitting the wall. Not great. No view. Garage was accessed by driving your car into a lift, we had maybe 5cm each side to spare. If you have an extra wise car you will never get in! No bar or restaurant in the evening. "

"This outfit has several hostals in Salamanca centre. They sent me to a different one from what I had booked. Also thevreception was in a different one again, lots of walking to and fro. And reception open only 5-9 pm . And if you don't have them on WhatsApp you cannot get your entry codes ..."
