On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. “Rooms were basic but very clean suited us just fine. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable; we have stayed at many Caribbean hotels and know not to expect super comfy beds but this one I think was hardest and most uncomfortable. Staff were very sweet and accommodating. The private beach area was very nice with use of chairs and umbrella. Nice location near the strip for many food options!”

“The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend”
