"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

Beach is safe and accessible from hotel also an even larger and more sandy beach is about a 10 minute walk. Great food selections, friendly staff and even cool shows on the main stage every evening. "Ive stayed in several hotels in Port Pollenca over the years and this is the first i have returned to. Its just got everything you need if you're looking for a half board base for cycling/sports. Decent rooms, nice meals, good pool/gym/spa. I expect i'll be back again."

"This is a very good resort in a great location. You receive this flimsy card key to wear around your wrist. Either it stops working or it falls off. You need a better solution. I did half board and was not too happy with the food. I only eat meat. There was plenty of it but just not that good. My favourite food item was the made to order omelet at breakfast. In addition, at breakfast water is free. At dinner you are charged for water. In my opinion, this is an injustice. Overall, I would return...
