"They were training a new staff member on the check in desk when I was there, but even though they were making sure the new staff knew the process they were still taking the time to ask about me and my trip. My dog being able to stay with me for free was a big plus. The room itself was modern and comfortable, although the washroom placement was a little odd, the door seemed to be really close to the room door. Also not their fault, but the town didn't plow the road very early after the last snow...

"My check in was above and beyond being helpful to see our whole family got on same floor and accommodated an upgrade so we had a place to congregate for Christmas. There was 17 of us meeting for Christmas. Thank you to check in staff and the manager for being so helpful to make our stay special "
