" We were visiting Natchitoches and needed a "smoking" room which means that our options were limited. After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't sure about staying here but it's location was good so we took a chance. This place is a good economical choice. It isn't fancy but it does have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, check in was easy. It has some sort of breakfast but we didn't check it out. Plus there are several places to get something...

"Dalton, at the front desk, was so polite and helpful on the phone and in person. Our group went for The Festival of Lights. After a fun-filled night, we were happy to wake up to a tasty breakfast. Their biscuits were spot on. "

"Rooms were nice, TV didn’t work though. Very clean and the laundry machines actually worked."

"The room was dark with not enough lighting. Very out dated. Typical low budget hotel. We were attending an event so most everything else was sold out. It served the purpose since we were only there one night."

"Old farm house with a modern twist. Very nice property. If looking for a place to get away to relax it’s a great place. Kelly, the host is very friendly. Didn’t get the name of the lady that cooked the breakfast she was friendly. Had a good choice for breakfast. The soaker tub was amazing. Wish I would’ve had more time to explore the property. Overall I enjoyed my stay. "

"Every thing went very well. Cheryl and Ken are great hosts. We were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property. Ken is a veteran so we had a lot in common to talk about. Would definitely stay there again."
