"Beautiful room and space "

"Im going to start by saying i was worried becauae i read some unfavorable reviews. But i am so happy i booked anyway, it so surpassed my expectations. We were coming to visit Holland college and the location is perfect, my son could walk over and meet his friends, you are close to the waterfront and lots of choices to eat without having to drive. The hotel is going thru some renos, the lady that checked us in was so friendly, she even called the room shortly after we arrived to see if we were okay with the room. We stayed across the road from the main building and the room was so clean, no carpets, comfy beds and lots of pillows. We only stayed one night, but will definately return on our next trip"

"Our stay was wonderful as usual. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are doing some renovations but it didn’t interfere with our stay. This hotel is elegant, but had an old school charm all at the same time. "
